Last Friday, 13th of December 2024, a vibrant celebration unfolded at the SMX Convention Center as B. Braun Philippines (BBPH) commemorated the end of another successful year. The event was a festive gathering that not only recognized the company’s achievements but also fostered a sense of camaraderie amongst employees.

The evening kicked off with an inspiring opening message from Managing Director, Mr. Sinan Esermann. He took the opportunity to reflect on the milestones that BBPH had reached in 2024, encouraging everyone present to embrace change and stay true to the organization's core corporate values: Efficiency, Innovation, and Sustainability. Mr. Esermann’s words resonated throughout the room, setting a positive tone that underscored the importance of teamwork and adaptability in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

One of the highlights of the night was the much-anticipated B. Braun Got Talent (BGT) performance, where six teams showcased their creativity and skills, all while embodying the ABC core values of the company—Accountability, Diversity, and Trust. The performances were a testament to the talents within BBPH, with each group bringing something unique to the stage.

After an exhilarating showcase, the winners were announced, and congratulations to the following teams:

3rd Place: Marketing

2nd Place: Central Services

1st Place: Sales - Aesculap

A huge shoutout also went to the other participating teams, including Patient Care Services, Sales - Avitum, and Sales - Hospital Care, whose original performances added to the evening's festive atmosphere.

Beyond the performances, there was also excitement among employees as raffle prizes were drawn, making the night even more thrilling. The generous spirit of competition and celebration was palpable, with laughter and cheers echoing throughout the venue.
