Managing Director of B. Braun Philippines, Mr. Sinan Esermann, welcomed the employees and shared the vision, mission, values, and strategy of B. Braun in alignment with The Next Decade (TND) roadmap, while the CFO, Head of Marketing, and the Sales Heads of Aesculap, Avitum, and Hospital Care presented the market scenario, performance update, and goals for 2024.

Heading into the night, an award ceremony was held to recognize and honour the service awardees, from 5 to 30 years of service. A very special highlight of the night was a special session to bid farewell to the former Managing Director of B. Braun Avitum, Philippines, Inc., Mr. Eduardo Rodriguez, or more fondly known as “Boss Ed” to colleagues, who had been with the company for over 38 years. Also present was Mr Lam Chee Hong, President, Asia Pacific. 

The National Conference continued the next day, focusing on effective communication, teamwork, competency, and collaboration for the sales and marketing employees and central service managers. The day began with a team-building activity, followed by a workshop on effective communication and a competency assessment. The event also featured a motivational talk by Mr. Alec Cuenca, a renowned speaker, content creator, event host, and podcaster.
