B. Braun Avitum Annual Gift Giving
Christmas is a time of giving and this extraordinary display of generosity was brought into action during this holiday season. The B. Braun Avitum Philippines family, headed by Managing Director, Mr. Eduardo Rodriguez accompanied by Mr. Ricky Paglicawan, Ms. Juliet Santiago, and Mr. Rey Richard Caparas, orchestrated a heartwarming and memorable one day get-together with the Bahay ni San Jose Orphanage which took place at the Manila-based theme park, Star City, in the morning of 17th of December 2023.
Now on its 13th year, the annual B. Braun for Children tradition benefited a total 24 children in the care of the orphanage network administered by the Dominican Sisters under Bahay Ni San Jose. The kids in this orphanage have either been neglected, abandoned, or orphaned at a young age.
The essence of this get-together was the joyous gathering and celebration of children from the Bahay ni San Jose Orphanage headed by their Directress, Sr. Analyn D. Dela Cruz, together with the B. Braun Avitum Philippines Family.
The kids of Bahay ni San Jose prepared a couple of dance number where they also invited the several people from the B. Braun crowd to dance along with them. The program was highlighted by B. Braun Avitum’s generosity in giving a cash donation that will surely cover support the kids’ education in the coming months but also their own Christmas and New Year celebration in the orphanage. As a cherry on top, the kids were treated to a whole day adventure at the renowned amusement park, Star City. They indeed experienced a magical time in the most wonderful season of the year.
This annual tradition surpassed mere festivities; it embodied the values of joy, generosity, and goodwill. B. Braun Avitum Philippines and Bahay ni San Jose family gathered, sharing heartwarming stories and infectious laughter, creating cherished memories that would last a lifetime. It emphasized the true meaning of Christmas as it was about more than just tangible presents; it is the simple act of love and selflessness that reminded us of the essence of the season.
